- Information about FALSURA, an upcoming roguelike RPG developed by Studio Omasu
- A waitlist signup for email notifications about the game's release
- An interactive "Forge a Die" tool that allows visitors to create and submit custom dice designs to a community archive
- Press materials and media resources for journalists and content creators
3. Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and voluntary.
- You must provide a valid email address to join the waitlist.
- We will use your email address solely to notify you about FALSURA's availability and major updates. We will not send marketing emails for other products.
- You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting contact us.
4. Forge a Die Tool
- The Forge a Die tool is provided for entertainment and community engagement purposes.
- Die names submitted must not contain offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- We reserve the right to remove any forged dice submissions that violate these guidelines without notice.
- By submitting a forged die, you grant Studio Omasu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use the design within the context of the Site and the game.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, character designs, monster sprites, music, and software — is the property of Studio Omasu and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without written permission
- Use any game assets (sprites, artwork, logos) for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Press Kit Exception: Materials provided in the Press Kit section are explicitly licensed for editorial and promotional use by journalists, streamers, and content creators covering FALSURA.
6. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or server infrastructure
- Submit automated or bulk requests to any API endpoints (rate limiting is in effect)
- Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
FALSURA is currently in development. All game features, content, statistics, and release timelines described on the Site are subject to change and do not constitute a guarantee or commitment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Omasu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, Steam). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
